How We Can Support You

All of our direct services are free & confidential and are provided
​with compassion & without judgement. Please note we do not provide medical services and are not medical professionals. We recommend consulting appropriate licensed medical professionals for any medical services.

*Our group operates with the radical belief that full-spectrum reproductive support should be available & accessible to every body. We will do our very best to provide these services to the community but please keep in mind that we are a grassroots collective of volunteers. We offer emotional, physical, and informational support and are not medical professionals.

​If you are NOT pregnant and would like to stay that way, we can:
  • talk to you about your birth control options & where you can get it
  • refer you to info about safer sex, STIs, etc
  • give you information about tracking your cycles

If you would like to get pregnant, we can:
  • talk to you about tracking your cycles for conception
  • give you information about baby-making options
  • help you find informed, compassionate, excellent care providers
  • connect you to social justice-informed providers

If you are not sure if you are pregnant, we can:
  • support you while you take an at-home test
  • refer you to a community clinic where you can be tested

If you are pregnant and don’t know what to do, we can:
  • discuss all of your options with you- parenting, adoption, and abortion
  • help you find a non-judgmental care provider to help in your decision
  • support you through your decision making process
  • refer you to resources to learn more about any or all of your option

If you are pregnant and are going to have an abortion, we can:
  • help you find a clinic near you that provides abortion care
  • meet with you beforehand to help you prepare for your appointment
  • stay in the waiting room while you have your abortion
  • connect you to doula support for your medical (at-home) abortion
  • meet with you after your appointment to debrief about your experience
  • provide transportation assistance to after-abortion support groups
  • refer you to organizations that can help you pay for your procedure
  • drive you to and from the clinic
  • be requested to support you at any time at Planned Parenthood's St. Paul clinic, including during your procedure
  • provide you with an after-care kit
  • refer you to nonjudgemental support groups or other resources, as needed

If you are pregnant and are making an adoption plan, we can:
  • help with your planning for your birth
  • refer you to nonjudgemental resources, as needed
  • help you find informed, compassionate, excellent care providers

If you are pregnant and are going to parent, we can:
  • refer you to inclusive resources for birth and parenting, including but not limited to doula support
  • help you find informed, compassionate, excellent care providers
